Why do you offer 10 days training when some offer 5 days and others 20 days. Simply that NLP is such a vast and growing field that I believe (from experience) can't be learnt in 5 days and that many can't afford the time commitment / cost of 20 days. We spread the 10 days over five alternate weekends which allows time for you to experiment, reflect and integrate all that you have learnt. This approach also helps to accelerate your learning of the next stage.
How do you deliver all this at such a competitive price? Simple, I minimise my overheads through delivering quality training in a multi-use community training venue located within 15 minutes of the city centre. Secondly, I train NLP because I get enormous pleasure from facilitating the exploration of possibilities within other people. Thirdly, having established Kochin within the community / voluntary sector we wish to increase our profile through making NLP training affordable to more people, whilst simultaneously enhancing our reputation as a "centre of excellence" for NLP and associated skills in Birmingham. Fourthly, times are tight and I am absolutely determined to increase our new business in order to ensure Kochin continues to grow into one of the most respected and highly regarded "quality" NLP providers in the UK.
What will I get? Authentically high quality ANLP "accredited" training delivered in clean, frill free training premises close to Birmingham City Centre. Free parking available to all, plus some off road parking for early arrival's (subject to venue).
How do I pay? Kochin takes a £100 booking deposit and the balance four weeks before the start of training. Bookings can be done via secure on-line server, or a cheque in the post. Click here for details. Alternately we offer a Pay - As - You - Go facility based on a £100 non-refundable booking deposit , followed 8x £87.50 payments one week before each training day. Total payable £800. Similar arangements are also avaialble for our "Master Practitioner" programme.
What happens if I can't make one of the weekends? Simple. Just join us for the relevant modules of the following course "free of charge".
How does accreditation work? We provide clear evaluation criteria at the outset of training and support you to incrementally develop your skills as we work through the syllabus. We also provide you with feedback on an ongoing process, and this is supported by your completion and regular submission of your own reflective learning log between weekends. (Note that accreditation is subject to course attendance / satisfactory completion).
Kochin also provides you with an opportunity to complete a short modelling project (an NLP process involving the observation and mapping of how people do things extraordinarily well in order that it can be replicated by someone else) as part of your development / evaluation. Evaluation is therefore a mix of completed learning logs, observation, and a short multi answer questionnaire on your final weekend.
Who recognises Kochin NLP Training? Kochin NLP Practitioner training is recognised by the Association of NLP (ANLP). ANLP is the only established independent organisation with an established public reputation for promoting standards, professionalism and good practice in NLP.
Kochin / Richard Pearce was awarded the Neuro-Linguistic Programming Trainer Licence by John Seymour Associates and has been signed by John Seymour (Senior Director of Public Training) and Margot McCleary (Director of Public Training). John Seymour Associates is the longest established NLP Training provider in the UK.
Is accreditation guaranteed? Whilst Kochin is committed to enabling it's students to succeed, it takes accreditation very seriously. In the unlikely event of a participant having not "yet" reached the required standard by the end of the programme, they will be given a provisional certificate with clear and specific information detailing the remaining skill development. They would be invited back to participate in selected sessions on the following training. Reassessment will be informal. There would be no additional cost. Please note that this is highly unlikely. Kochin takes great pride in providing ongoing quality feedback to participants throughout the training and this minimises the possibility of provisional certificates.
